Pipe curl output to file

When calling an API via curl, every output by default will be printed into your console. That might not be the best thing if you encounter an error, as those error messages aren't really that readably if they are made for a browser.

To make them more readable you can just pipe them into a file and open that file:

$ curl http://yourapi.tld/call >> ~/filename.html
